Welcome! DuBerry Hill is a peaceful farm that covers 40 acres of grassed pastures with majestic oaks and Florida palms. The farm is conveniently located just 0.75 miles from HITS and 11.4 miles from the new World Equestrian Center.
Beautiful Landscapes and Facilities
The tranquil covered 20m x 60m Dressage riding Arena is surrounded by palms and graced with lovely breezes and the irrigated and groomed sand/fiber footing is a horse's delight. The Arena has an attached, covered viewing stand. Close by are two- 10 stall center aisle wood barns and one- 8 stall center aisle wood barn. 14 grassed half to two acre paddocks with Ramm/Centaur fencing are conveniently located around the barns. Open acres of pasture are available for training, jumping, hacking, and trailer parking.

Barn Rental: Quiet 10 stall (12’x12’, matted) center aisle wood barn. The barn includes climate controlled tack room, grooming stall, hay stall, and indoor hot/cold wash stall. Lessee also has access to 60 meter x 20 meter covered Dressage Arena with sand/fiber footing and grassed Ramm/Centaur fenced paddocks that have automatic waterers. Acres of open pastures are available for hacking and jumps, ideal for Dressage, Eventing and Hunter/Jumper training and use. Trailer parking and a 30 amp RV hook up are available.
Attached barn apartment is also available for rent. The furnished studio style apartment (24’ x 16’) includes bathroom, shower, washer/dryer, refrigerator, sink, microwave, hot plate, a/c and heat. Electricity and water utilities included.
